Executive Chef Matt Brigham and his team on Daniel Island have crafted a four-course/five-beer menu. Each course will be paired with beers from Victory Brewing Co., an award-winning craft brewery and brewpub in Philadelphia, including Tettnanger Pilsner, Helios Saison, Hop Wallop, Baltic Thunder, and V-12 Quadrupel. Victory’s Southern sales rep Cameron Rollo will be on hand. All guests will receive a complimentary Victory pint glass. Space is limited and reservations are required.
