Amy Armstrong, executive director of South Carolina Environmental Law Project, will talk about SCELP's work to protect SC's environment, including the fight to protect Captain Sam's Spit from development, and the State Ports Authority's plans for expanded cruise ship operations. She will also review public participation in the decision-making process.
