This new drama reveals the almost-forgotten story surrounding the 1928 shooting and death of Bishop William A. Guerry by a disgruntled priest at St. Phillip's Episcopal Church in downtown Charleston. Bishop Guerry's strong sense of racial justice put him far ahead of his time, and in the end, it cost him his life. This production explores both sides of this tragedy in hopes of finding the truth.
