Free trick or treats bags, a jump castle, face painter and balloon artists will be located in front of the movie theater. A doggie costume contest will begin at 2 p.m. in front of the movie theater with Hairy Winston and the New Hope Rescue. Costume required. Stores providing candy will have orange and black balloons on their door.
