This Market-area Irish pub should attract as many locals as it does tourists. The tomato and blue cheese salad is perfect for sweltering summertime dining. The quirky Irish Spring Rolls stuff egg rolls with corned beef and swiss cheese, and it's served with slaw and house mustard. They are surprisingly drool-worthy. The traditional corned beef and cabbage features what is billed as "fork-tender" meat and, boy, is it ever. Tommy Condon's is a delightful surprise. The best part: Tommy Condon's is committed to using locally sourced veggies and seafood when possible. —Chris Haire, Dish (Winter 2012)
