The City of Charleston, Office of Cultural Affairs and the City Gallery at Waterfront are proud to host a new exhibit by Washington DC-based artist, Rik Freeman. The Chittlin Circuit Review will feature 25 paintings by the artist on the history of the blues in segregated America. Freeman began the series in 1990, and now brings his vibrant and inspiring work to the City Gallery.
