Chef Jeremiah Bacon and his team present a hearty five-course beer dinner in the Perditas Room. The menu will be paired with five ales from the Orange County, Calif.-based micro The Bruery. Designed by Bacon and the crew at Charleston Beer Exchange, the menu features a slew of Belgian-style specialty ales, including Orchard White (an unfiltered, bottle-conditioned Belgian-style witbier), the very dark and roasty Black Orchard, the spicy Saison Rue (an unfiltered, bottle-conditioned farmhouse ale), the blonde spring seasonal Saison de Lente, and the rye malted Rugbrød.
