Chef Robert Carter's holiday menu features creamy wild rice and spinach soup with country Ham and oyster, wild mushroom strudel, citrus and herb basted fresh turkey with toasted pecan-cornbread dressing, sweet potato custard with apple crumb crust, green beans with crispy onions, herbed giblet gravy, pumpkin tart and sticky toffee apple, drunken cranberries, and spiced white chocolate chantilly.
