To celebrate its fifth anniversary, Ted’s Butcherblock is serving up the tastiest dishes from land, sea, and sky.
Owner Ted Dombrowski is slow-cooking a whole hog, Cuban-style, on the outdoor La Caja China roasting box. Local oysters and whole ducks will be smoked on the Big Green Egg. Chef Eva will be preparing a variety of gourmet sides. And throughout the day, there will be samples and tastings of specialty and gourmet food products and wine. They’ll also tap a keg of craft beer.
The Bushels will provide the live tunes. Hourly raffles will give away specialties of the house, including Friday Night Dinners, Bacon of the Month Club memberships, gourmet lunches, and a private grilling class for 12 people. All proceeds from the raffle will benefit the S.C. Aquarium.
