A four-course meal highlights Sweetwater Brewery's beers from Atlanta.
1st Course:
Sweetwater IPA. Paired with a cool Strawberry Gazpacho with Pepper Grilled Shrimp-Feta Crostini.
2nd Course:
Sweetwater Georgia Brown Ale & Georgia Brown Braised Beef Short Ribs on a Homemade-Molasses Biscuit.
3rd Course:
Sweetwater Motor Boat Extra Special Bitter and BBQ Chicken Pizza.
4th Course:
Sweetwater Blue & Chocolate Velvet Cream Pie with Whipped Cream and Wild Berry Compote.
