Beer pairings for each course will be selected by Scott Shor of Charleston Beer Exchange. Featuring Moa Original Lager, New Belgium Trippel, Sierra Nevada/Abbey of New Clairaux Dubbel, and Hitachino Nest Real Ginger Brew.
