Stone Brewery Beer Dinner

Maverick cuisine gets paired with the nationally acclaimed beers of Stone Brewery. An hors d’oeuvres reception will be followed by a four-course seated dinner. Special guest Scott Sheridan, of Stone Brewery will be on hand to talk about the unique style of the brewery. Located in San Diego, Stone Brewery has been named a top craft brewery by several industry publications, and has a tremendous following of customers devoted to their “indie” beers. The menu has been created by Executive Chef Frank Lee and Chef de Cuisine Jim Walker with beer pairings by Patrick Emerson, Wine and Beverage Director. Hors d’ Oeuvres Reception: Shrimp Ceviche and Fried Artichoke Hearts served with Stone IPA First Course: Charcuterie Plate served with Smoked Porter Second Course: Pan Seared Local Grouper with Arrogant Bastard Ale Third Course: Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Quail Breast, Mepkin Abbey mushroom bread stuffing, garlic-dill fingerling potatoes, roasted spring onions, raspberry gastrique with Oaked Arrogant Bastard ale Fourth Course: Cheese Plate with Ruination IPA
