Acrophobia? Aquaphobia? Let's hope not since the the 27-foot Tropical Plunge has reached near-infamy with its dare-deviling nature. Conquer your fears at Mt. Pleasant’s Splash Back to School event with giant inflatable rides all afternoon long — for free. Now in its ninth year the Mt. Pleasant Memorial Waterfront Park will have food and drinks available for purchase and a special area for small children to enjoy. It’s fun for all ages, but all children must stick with their chaperones for safety reasons. The only downside is that the dream must end, and when it does, it means the summer’s over, and it’s back to school.
