Sample some chocolate, bacon and wine, and learn about the re-emergence of a rare breed of native SC hog, called the Guinea hog. The crew from Christophe Artisan Chocolatier will have samples incorporating Guinea hog bacon from farmer Gra Moore in Florence. Ted's will be pairing wines with each of the featured chocolates.
