First course is Ashley Farms Chicken and Diced Water Chestnut Consomme with Sambal Marinated Shiitake Mushroom, and Duck Confit Won Ton
paired with Zipang - Sparkling Sake.
Second course is a Sushi Meshi Roll with House Smoked Eel, Asian Cucumber, Red Pepper and Fried Carrots with Plum Wine Reduction
paired with Gekkeikan - Sake.
Third course is Toasted Coriander Encrusted Center Cut Ahi Tuna with Asian Blanched Green Beans, Thai Chili's and Roasted Peanuts
paired with Ozeki Yamadanishiki - Sake.
Fourth course is Coconut Braised Painted Hills Short Ribs with Galangal, Scallion Jasmine Rice, Braised Bok Choy, and Black and Gold Sake. And for dessert, Sake Poached Bartlett Pear with Hazelnut Ice Cream and Candied Ginger with Hana Awaka.
