Hominy chef and owner Robert Stehling will host a special six-course dinner to celebrate the restaurant's recent renovation, featuring an all-vegetarian menu and local beer pairings provided by Charleston Beer Exchange. the event is designed to showcase all four Charleston microbreweries: Palmetto, COAST, Westbrook, and Holy City. Brewers from each company will be on hand.
