An evening of hilarious, long-form improv comedy from the nation's leading venue for alternative comedy. Every night the UCB TourCo creates two acts of mind-blowing scenes for a full hour show all based on audience suggestions. Part of Piccolo Fringe at Piccolo Spoleto Festival.

Been there, done that
But not really. They say insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and never learning your lesson. But that's the beauty of improv, and it certainly wouldn't be crazy to go to yet another Upright Citizens Brigade performance at Piccolo Fringe. They may come around every year, but you're never going to see the same skit twice

The next Leslie Knope
UCB launched the careers of some of comedy's current bigwigs, including founder Amy Poehler of Parks and Recreation, SNL's Horatio Sanz, and The Office's Ed Helms. From the looks of this particular pattern, chances are, somebody in this act will one day end up on NBC.

Aw shucks
"It's pretty much our favorite gig of the year, and playing for a week in Charleston is one hell of a way to end a season of tours," says Carter Edwards, director and coordinating producer of the UCB tour. With flattery like that, you'd be a jerk not to go.
