Born in Kona, Hawaii, rock trio Pepper — guitarist/vocalist Kaleo Wassman, bassist/vocalist Bret Bollinger, and drummer Yesod Williams — handle a blend of alternative pop/rock, punk, and reggae. The trio played mostly house parties and garages before finally shipping out to San Diego in 1999 to push their first studio release Give’n It. Their latest is titled Kona Gold. 8 p.m.
