Choose three-courses from set prix fixe options:
- First Course: Pan Seared Sea Scallops with Blue Crab Lasagna and Tomato-Basil Coulis or Crispy Fried Oysters with Tabasco-Green Goddess Aioli
- Second Course: Local Bibb Lettuce with Local Beets, Goat Cheese and Lemon-Herb Vinaigrette or Warm Wadmallaw Island Spring Vegetable Bisque with Truffled Crab Nachos
- Third Course: Pan Seared Local Swordfish with Creamed Leek and Bacon Whipped Potatoes, Sauteed Local Greens and Shellfish Vin Blanc or Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Garlicky-Tomato Risotto, Baby Vegetables and Whole Grain Mustard Jus
