Chef Robert Carter has crafted a festive Christmas menu which will be offered at Peninsula Grill. There is also an à la carte dinner service which will also be available from 5:30-10- p.m. Reservations are highly recommended. Menu includes Roasted Root Vegetable Soup with Smoked Shrimp and Scallops and Crispy Beet Chips, Winter Greens with Blue Cheese, Cranberry and Walnut Crumble and an Orange Vinaigrette, Roasted Prime Rib of Beef with Roasted Garlic Potato Cake, Creamed Spinach Souffle and Bacon-Horseradish Cream and a Date Nut Brandy Cake with Sticky Caramel, Roasted Apple and Pear Compote and Citrus Chantilly.
