Slam back an oyster shooter — Absolut Peppar, oyster, spicy horseradish, black pepper, and lemon — and peel open a pile of chilled shrimp for a satisfying raw bar experience. The ice cold oysters on the half shell come from the waters around North America and are served with mignonette or cocktail sauce, whichever you prefer.
