Pastry Boot Camp 

When: Mon., April 16, 6-10 p.m. 2012
Price: $349
The four-week course kicks off with a lesson on cheesecakes, tortes, and flourless cakes. Week two tackles perfect pies and tortes. Week three focuses on cream puffs, eclairs, and cream horns. And the final week is all about cookies. Monday nights through May 7.
