Obstacle Course Fun Run/Walk

ReForm's regular free group workout will be replaced this Saturday with an obstacle course workout. The leaders will guide you over more than 12 obstacles/exercises over the course of two miles (up to three for advanced) for a fun traveling workout. There's three different difficulty levels for every obstacle, for beginners, intermediate, and advanced, that you can choose from.
