Chef Sean Brock, pastry chef Johnny Iuzzini (formerly of Jean Georges), and George Mendes of Aldea will join forces to craft a six-course tasting menu to celebrate the release of Notes from a Kitchen: A Journey Inside Culinary Obsession, which profiles the chefs. Artist Jeff Scott and Chef Blake Beshore who created the book will also be on hand, selling and signing copies along with the chefs. Tickets must be purchased in advance.
