Meet Under The Flood

Local drummer teams up with Virgina rockers

Charleston-based drummer Russell Lee (formerly of Deepfield) has joined a Virginia-based heavy-rock band called Under the Flood. The band just released a studio album titled Alive in the Fire, which was produced by Brian Craddock (Daughtry), mixed by Skidd Mills (Saliva, Saving Abel), and released worldwide in June.

Brothers Matt and Dave Nadolski formed the band in 2005. Their debut record The Witness was produced by Brian Craddock (Daughtry), mixed by Skidd Mills (Saliva, Saving Abel), and released worldwide by Koch Records in May 2008. Alive in the Fire's first single, "Gravity," hit radio nationwide and earned airplay on local station 98X.
