McCutchen Farms calls their beef Sweetleaf. This grass-fed beef is raised and finished on the farm. The McCutchens raise three types of cattle: Angus, Charolais, and Brahman. The cows feast on fresh-grown grass of different varieties and have constant access to fresh drinking water. Some of the American Grey cattle in the Brahman herd are available for sale. You can find it on the menu at Triangle Char and Bar, or you can buy direct from as little as five pounds up to a whole side (240 lbs.) of beef.
