Before kicking off his Higher Education Tour in March, Lee Brice heads to the Holy City this week in support of his Love Like Crazy album. The title track was named Billboard’s number one country song of 2010. A native of Sumter, S.C., Brice is country through-and-through, with his honey-twang vocals, ruggedness, and small-town lyrics. The song “Beautiful Every Time” demonstrates his nostalgia for the coastline and an appreciation for the little things in life. But he really gets the vocals going on tracks like “Love Like Crazy” and “She Ain’t Right” with a strong, soulful voice and rock-infused guitar accompaniment. Brice and his expressive country tunes have earned acclaim nationwide and around the world. McDonald’s restaurants are giving customers a taste of the three-time ACM nominee’s top hits on their own in-store TV channels. Continental Airlines travelers can browse Brice’s music while in-flight from March 1 to April 30. For the upcoming Higher Education Tour, Jerrod Niemann will join Brice on stage among other guests.
