California wine enthusiasts can enjoy the Bordeaux blends of Lambert Bridge Winery during this four-course wind dinner. Lambert Bridge Winery is a small, family-owned winery dedicated to crafting small lots of artisanal Bordeaux blends and varietals in the Dry Creek Valley of Sonoma County, Calif.

The wine dinner menu features coconut milk poached prawn with Jicama pineapple and cilantro relish and papaya coulis paired with a 2007 Sauvignon Blanc Dry Creek Valley; smoked pepper and vidalia onion bisque with green apple, organic chicken confit and lime crème paired with a 2006 Chardonnay Sonoma County; grilled bone-in-beef tenderloin with cocoa nib potato galette, plum chutney, zucchini and demi glace paired with a 2005 Merlot Sonoma County; and apricot semolina galette with green apple, caramelized prosciutto paired with a 2007 Viognier Sonoma County.
