Marc and Annie Filion humanely raise chickens, turkey, Tamworth hogs, and cattle. They supply most downtown restaurants and have a meat share CSA. Their pasture-fed, antibiotic- and hormone-free operation will deliver nearly 20 pounds of various meats on a monthly basis (as opposed to many fruit and veggie CSAs that deliver weekly). If you sign up for the CSA, you get first dibs on their very popular Thanksgiving turkeys, which typically sell out quickly. Hours are 1-6 p.m. on Mondays and Fridays or by appointment.
