The triple threat of the entertainment industry is coming to town. On Sun. Sept. 20, Jamie Foxx will be performing at the North Charleston Coliseum. The singer, TV/movie actor, and comedian is currently doing a 50-city U.S. tour to promote his third studio album, Intuition, which was released late last year. In addition to his accomplishments as a musician, Foxx began his career as a cast member on In Living Color and then the lead on The Jamie Foxx Show. In 1999, he made a breakthrough performance on the silver screen in Any Given Sunday. He gained even more exposure in 2005 when he played music legend Ray Charles in a motion picture about his life in Ray and ended up winning the Best Actor Academy Award. The show starts at 7:30 p.m. and tickets are on sale now. —Amber Crago
