California songwriter Jackson Browne, a veteran singer/guitarist/pianist, embarked on a “solo acoustic tour” this summer. Browne visited the PAC in the spring of 2008 and performed a solo acoustic show for full house. He returns to that stage on July 15 for an acoustic set with support from singer/songwriter and fiddle player Sara Watkins (of Grammy Award-winning trio Nickel Creek). Browne’s repertoire goes back to the 1970s and ’80s with such hits as “Runnin’ On Empty,” “Doctor My Eyes,” “The Load Out,” “Boulevard,” “That Girl Could Sing,” and “Somebody’s Baby.” His latest disc is Occupy This Album. 7:30 p.m.
