Morgan Creek and the IOP Marina celebrate the "anniversary of the city owning the marina," with kids activities, Eco-Tour excursions, raffles, banana boat rides, a mayoral dunking booth (sorry, Mayor Cronin), pirate costume contest, barbecue (for $10), and more. Live music from New Image Band (soul, funk, and R&B) will be featured No coolers; leashed dogs are welcome. 2-6 p.m.
