The St. Patrick’s Day four-course Irish whiskey dinner will feature authentic Irish cuisine and whiskey pairings.
Whiskey pairings will feature Jameson, Redbreast, and Middleton Irish whiskeys from the rare and reserve collections. The menu is created by Frank Lee, Executive Chef and Jim Walker, Chef de Cuisine, with whiskey pairings by Patrick Emerson, Wine and Beverage Director. A special room rate for wine dinner guests is $100 plus tax.
