Bill and Paula Huff have been slinging seafood since 1995. Live blue crabs, fresh shrimp, and local swordfish, grouper, and flounder filets all have a place in Huff’s display case. The fish at Huff’s Seafood is caught daily by Bill, Paula, and their son Michael who crab, oyster pick, and fish every morning. The bulk of the other fish they carry comes from other local sources. After Hurricane Katrina, Huff’s expanded their product line to carry Louisiana Andouille, boudin, and pork and gator sausage — plus kerosene lanterns and flashlights. Huff’s sells Cajun Lodge cast-iron cookware that will last for generations, plus crab traps, koozies, cocktail sauce, and the fine products of SureFire Illumination.
