Voodoo Shrimp

sautéed jumbo shrimp, simmered in an amber beer reduction on top of jalapeño cornbread
Grilled Vegetable

topped with basil pesto, goat cheese, mozzarella cheese, roasted artichoke hearts, broccolini, roasted red onion and basil leaves
Caesar Salad

whole romaine leaves sprinkled with cotija cheese, caesar dressing served with crostini, add chicken, add steak, add ahi
Trio Of Cheese Rigatoni

rigatoni cooked in fresh tomato sauce and tossed with provolone, fresh mozzarella and cotija cheese, add chicken, add shrimp
French Dip

slow roasted roast beef, sautéed bourbon onions, provolone cheese, au jus, creamy horseradish served on a french roll
