Chef Brandon Buck and Holy City’s Chris Brown paired Yeast Wrangler, In the Wheat of the Night, Old Lightning Smoked Scotch Ale, and Fish Bowl with the courses. Washout Wheat, HCB’s tribute to the iconic Folly Beach Washout will start the night and for dessert, Middleton Place Restaurant Pastry Chef Courtney Simpson will offer her version of a Southern summer favorite, Raspberry Moon Pie paired with a limited production Schneider Dew.
