The Charleston County Recreation department invites people with special needs and their families and friends to a Western-style holiday party. Enjoy a live DJ, ice sculpting, and light refreshments. Tickets are limited and advance purchase is recommended. A registered and paid chaperone is required for participants ages 15 and under.
