Chef Jeremiah Bacon and his team present a hearty five-course beer feast in the Perditas Room. The Scottish-themed menu will be paired with five ales from the Asheville, N.C.-based mircobrewery Highland Brewing Co., including the Cascade Gaelic, Cold Mountain Winter Ale, Old Asheville Vintage Ale, Oatmeal Porter, and Imperial Stout.
