Gullah Gourmet's cloth bags are packed with personality and ingredients to make traditional Gullah dishes, and tourists buy them at the City Market as a souvenir of Charleston's culinary heritage. GG sells Hog Walla barbecue and Up Popped Da Debil Habañero hot sauce. Their newest product is Aunt Jackie's Jambalaya, a mixture of rice and spices — just add water and your favorite meat for a tasty Southern meal. Established in 1994, Gullah Gourmet is headquartered in West Ashley's Avondale. —Alison Sher
