Chef Ciáran Duffy, former Executive Chef of Tristan in downtown Charleston, will be the next guest chef. A native of Galway, Ireland and son of an executive chef and certified master pastry chef. The menu will focus on the summer harvest. Sommelier Jacob Fuhr will pair wines for each course to complement the flavors and inspiration of the Chefs' creations.

Second Course: Manchester Farms Quail Breast Beluga Lentils, Watermelon, Tomato
Third Course: Chilled Heirloom Corn Soup Black Summer Truffle, Fresh Lump Crab Fourth Course Halibut Beausoleil Oysters, Celeriac Veloute, Peas and Carrots
Fifth Course: Cherry Pie Neufchatel Cheese, Beet Sorbet, Chocolate Mint
