Guerrilla Cuisine celebrates third anniversary

For its third anniversary, Guerrilla Cuisine is celebrating with a special event dubbed “Pumpkin Jam.”

The featured chef is The Ocean Room’s Nathan Thurston, in his third collaboration with jimihatt and Guerrilla Cuisine. This will be the 56th event for Charleston’s first underground supper club that jimihatt says is “not only a bad ass dinner but a top notch networking event.”

Guerrilla Cuisine holds its events at undisclosed private locations, but “Pumpkin Jam” will be held at an indoor/outdoor location where guests will be able to catch the setting sun with a pre-supper oyster roast. Pumpkin will be worked into every course of the dinner by way of seed, foam, puree, and dust. Because of the oyster roast and the need to rent dining tables and accessories for the location, this event is more expensive than regular events. Only 30 tickets are available at $120 a piece, not including gratuity, and the event is BYOB.
