Zero George may still be the new kid on the block, but it was only a matter of time before they got on the specialty dinner train. And this Friday they’ll be serving up a five-course dinner paired with Goldschmidt Vineyard wines. The meal starts with canapés and moves on to oysters, sirloin, and chocolate cremoux, to name a few of the dishes “It’s going to be a really fun evening, very modern and clean cut,” says Chef Vinson Petrillo. The boutique-y feeling of Zero George makes it stand out as it mixes classic Southern charm with an art deco look. The dinner is by reservation only, with 15 spots available, and will take place in the courtyard of the hotel. “The dinner will be intimate and distinctive in all aspects from the menu to the atmosphere,” Petrillo says.
