Terrapin and SweetWater beers will be paired with multiple courses. First course: Georgia Brown paired with spinach and ricotta ravioli, braised cabbage, and porcini cream. SweetWater second course: RoadTrip with tempura soft-shell crab with Cajun succotash. Terrapin third course: Hopzilla with Korean BBQ beef brisket, fried barley, and kimchi slaw. Terrapin fourth course: Moohoo Ice Cream Float paired with housemade moon pies.
