ASPARAGI MILANESE – grilled prosciutto wrapped asparagus topped with a sunny side up egg & shaved parmigian
PIATTO DI PARMIGIANO – house made frico cone stuffed with arugula & pistachio salad with house made parmigian sformato
INSALATA CESARE – local sweetbay farms baby romaine lettuce, house made croutons, parmigiano reggiano & marinated alici tossed in anchovy dressing
CARCIOFO FRITTO – fried artichoke quarters served with goat cheese, parmigian & lemon

MELANZANE ALLA PARMIGIANA – house made eggplant parmigian with house made pasta
MILLE FOGLIA DI VITELLO – ‘thousand layers’ of veal, layered with soppresatta, arugula, pistacchio pesto, & caciocavallo cheese served over whipped potatoes
PESCE AL FORNO – local “catch of the day” roasted with white wine & parsley served with roasted fennel & artichoke over house made herb gnocchi
AGNELLO BRASATO – lamb shank braised with red wine, tomato sauce, rosemary, garlic & olives over polenta
