Tyler Brown from the Capitol Grille in Nashville, Linton Hopkins from Restaurant Eugene (and some other ventures) in Atlanta, Michael Paley from Proof on Main in Louisville, Anne Quatrano of Bacchanalia (and Abbatoir among a couple more), and Bill Smith of Crooks’ Corner in Chapel Hill. All of these chefs are known for their devotion to the local ingredient, and they will prepare hors d’oeuvres using products from area farmers.
There will also be wine, live music from the Blue Plantation Band, and a rousing auction led by Tom Crawford to benefit Feed the Need and Lowcountry Local First’s incubator farm and training center.
