Caviar & Bananas will convert itself for this special evening into a restaurant setting complete with table linens, candles, flowers, and dim lighting and will be closed to the public. Chef Todd Mazurek has planned a five course chef’s tasting menu inspired by local fall ingredients. Wines will be expertly paired with each course by Leigh-Ann Beverly and the team at Advintage Fine Wine Distributors.
