Edmund's Oast Sustainable Seafood Dinner

Edmund's Oast teams up with the S.C. Aquarium for a six-course meal. Flounder crudo, clams and fennel, butter poached crab and shrimp, slow baked grouper, soft-shell crab, and strawberries and Panna cotta will be served. A beverage pairing is available for an additional cost. Ten percent of the proceeds will be donated to the S.C. Aquarium Sustainable Seafood Initiative.
