No matter the time of day, Early Bird always seems busy. And for good reason. This is diner food that goes above and beyond the typical greasy spoon. You could order an open-faced turkey sandwich, biscuits and gravy or a 10-oz. ribeye. Or you could dare to dive into The Mess, a scramble of curried veggies, potatoes, and avocado. And Early Bird’s elevated version of chicken and waffles proved so popular as a special that it made its way onto the permanent menu.
