In 2008, Hootie & The Blowfish frontman Darius Rucker released a country-styled solo album titled Learn to Live on the Capitol Records Nashville label. The collection of ballads and twangy pop tunes quickly became a smash success. Rucker plans to perform solo (with a backing band) at the House of Blues this evening.
