The Culinary Institute of Charleston provides a wide array of both credit and continuing education offerings to meet the diverse training needs of the tourism industry. The continuing education programs vary with each semester and include community interest sessions as well as specific industry training workshops. The downtown Palmer Campus includes a state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen, a mixology lab, and a full service restaurant.
